 The Grocer WA Recipe using Goan Curry Paste

Goan’s Spicy Tuna Rissoles
Ingredients
* 1 x 450g can of tuna, drained well
* 3 cups mashed potato
* 2 medium onions, chopped finely
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 cup breadcrumbs
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil
* 3 tablespoons Goan Tomato Kasaundi
* 1 green chilli, finely chopped
* ¼ bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
* ½ red or green capsi*****, finely diced
Directions
1. Flake drained fish and place in a large bowl.
2. Add mashed potato, onion, egg and kasaudi and stir to combine.
3. Add the chilli (optional, depending on your preference), coriander and capsi***** and stir until combined.
4. Season with salt and shape into 8 balls.
5. Roll in dry breadcrumbs, then form into cakes.
6. Heat oil in frying-pan, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
7. Serve with a tossed green salad, crusty bread and Goan Cuisine Tamarind Chutney or Spicy Mango Chutney as an accompaniment.
